Yes you can. First of all, we'll give you the tools to help you identify which phase you are in on your own cycle, with charting and LH sticks. And if you are not sure, then you can always go ahead with the anytime yoga flows, which are focused on fertility and relaxation, and are suitable for all phases of your cycle. We can also suggest syncing your meditations with the moon cycle.

In many cases, absent cycles are caused by stress and hormonal imbalance, so practicing FemFlow yoga and meditation will be very beneficial to your mind and body and may help to restore your cycle. However, we of course recommend seeing your Doctor for further checks and advice.

For the online course and the membership program, you can choose to go through the course content at your own pace. I recommend that you move through this quickly as this information will be the foundation of your practice. From then on, I recommend that you allow 30-60 mins at least 2-4 times a week, if not everyday for your yoga and meditation practice. The more you practice, the better the results.
